Who we are
Corvi Consulting is a specialized fractional operations leadership firm dedicated to the stability and growth of elite residential contractors.
We act as the technical engineers of project execution, embedding systems and procedures into construction organizations to help manage the variables of Time and Cost.
By providing scalable horsepower on an as-needed basis, Corvi Consulting allows master builders to remain focused on their project’s Quality, while we ensure the management ecosystem remains in equilibrium.
Nate Thomas | Principal
Nate Thomas brings an elite multidisciplinary engineering and leadership background to the helm of Corvi Consulting.
Beginning his career as a Vehicle Assembly Engineer for General Motors and later taking an opportunity to lead operations for Rome Snowboards, Nate eventually returned to his roots while serving as the Principal Design Engineer of large-scale Manufacturing and Distribution Centers for Green Mountain Coffee Roasters.
As a former Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army (Cavalry), he bridges the gap between high-level tactical discipline and granular data-driven systems.
Throughout a 12-year tenure with a premier New England residential firm, Nate engineered a transformation that scaled revenue from $2.2M to over $10M in five years. By implementing the Corvi "Roadmap," he successfully transitioned the firm to a single-owner model and established a self-sustaining rhythm that allowed for remote ownership and operation.
Today, Nate focuses on propagating this proven playbook, drawing from all applicable Engineering, Statistical, and Leadership experience to secure the operational integrity of elite builders nationwide.
Gary Keefer | Execution Lead
Gary Keefer serves as the operational anchor for Corvi Consulting, specializing in the disciplined execution of complex strategic roadmaps.
A fellow Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army, Gary’s background is rooted in the rigorous demands of combat leadership, where he developed an elite proficiency in maintaining mission integrity under high-pressure, high-stakes environments. This tactical foundation transitioned seamlessly into the private sector, where he successfully navigated the intricacies of his own small business development, as well as managing the operational complexities of a large family-run pharmacy.
In his subsequent leadership roles within high-precision manufacturing, Gary mastered the art of logistical flow and systemic efficiency. He brings this "zero-fail" mentality to Corvi, translating high-level strategy into ground-level results.
Known for his exceptional interpersonal skills and detail-oriented approach, Gary bridges the gap between organizational theory and day-to-day operations. He ensures that the "Corvi Roadmap" isn't just a plan on paper, but a lived reality for the elite builders we serve—securing the operational rhythm required to scale with precision.
