Anonymity as a Professional Standard
At Corvi Consulting, we operate as a confidential strategic asset for some of the most prominent construction firms in the nation. Out of respect for the operational integrity and competitive privacy of our partners, we do not publicize client names or proprietary project data. Our partners are focused on building legacies, not acting as marketing references. While direct peer-to-peer references are available for qualified firms during the final audit stage, we prioritize the protection of our clients' time and internal workflows—a level of discretion you can expect for your own organization.
New England Based High End Residential Construction Firm
The Challenge (The "Owner's Trap"): Prior to engagement, the principal was immersed in low-leverage administrative tasks, including manual time-card data management, invoicing, scope change management, and informal scheduling. The operational bottleneck threatened the firm’s ability to secure large-scale projects requiring consistent, high-fidelity management.
The Catalyst: The firm secured its first contract with mandatory ongoing schedule reporting, requiring an increase in formal Project Management.
The Outcome: Corvi Consulting implemented a "Single Source of Truth" via Buildertrend, and proceduralized a majority of the critical business functions. Over a five year period, the firm scaled from $2.2M to $10M+ in annual gross revenue. In the following years, the owner’s active management requirement was reduced to an ‘at will’ nature, while also enabling a successful transition to remote ownership/operation.

High-End Electrical &
Architectural Fabrication Firms
The Challenge: Specialty trades often face "Labor Drift" and uncaptured scope changes, leading to significant margin erosion on complex custom builds.
The Intervention: Corvi Consulting established a weekly "Operational Hygiene" routine, focusing on rigorous time-card audits and schedule maintenance. This ensured every hour of labor was categorized and every change order was captured before work commenced.
The Outcome: The implementation of a predictable schedule cadence allowed these trades to anticipate bottlenecks rather than reacting to them, resulting in a total recovery of previously "leaked" labor costs and 100% capture of billable change orders.

Site Work & Excavation Groups
The Challenge: Managing competing priorities of work across a multitude of sites, as well as high-value equipment assets with fluctuating fuel and maintenance costs, without real-time data.
The Intervention: Implemented Field Service Management Systems (Jobber), Instituted strong schedule management hygiene, and developed a custom data-tracking system to manage varying billable rates across different equipment classes. Implemented a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize unplanned downtime.
The Outcome: Real-time visibility into "Machine Time" versus "Human Time" allowed for higher-precision estimating and protected the firm’s margins against equipment-related profit drains.
